old news	june 2006 news rich & kristen 28 june 2006 happy anniversary. wimbledon 27 june 2006 al goes to wimbledon with her mum for a day. much fun watching the men as they all got rained off yesterday. welsh wales 22 - 25 june 2006 seeing as we are down this way, we drop in on lindsey and nerys in swansea for a few days of fun and frolics. yeah! take that 21 june 2006 golant to cardiff: a 2.5 hour journey which makes us realise how bad the traffic was coming down. visit rob in his new apartment, opposite the millennium stadium and get a free take that concert! eden project 20 june 2006 a day spent wandering around the eden project a must for all pretend hippies. marvelled at the biodomes and the ornamental vegetable planting. bump into the craddock family on our way back in fowey - isn't it a small world! random evening spent watching the football with a bunch of ramblers - love 'em! summer holiday - day 4 19 june 2006 leave padstow to explore the delights of newquay. we weren't very impressed with newquay so spent the day at watergate bay, where you can find jamie oliver's new venture fifteencornwall. go via st austell and visit the st austell brewery for a quick tasting, on the way to golant yha. we particularly liked the clouded yellow and brought a whole box to prove it. unfortunately there didn't seem to be much else in st austell. summer holiday - day 3 18 june 2006 the sunshine disappears, but we have a fab walk round the padstow headlead before it rains. it's just great not being at work. 6th wedding anniversary 17 june 2006 our 6th wedding anniversary. cheddar to padstow - which took us 5 hours on the hottest day of the year so far!!! we have the luxury of a b&b right in the centre of padstow, with obligatory strange landlady. slightly disappointed with the anniversary meal at rick stein's café, but manage to survive. summer holiday - day 1 16 june 2006 first day of our summer holiday: beeston to cheddar gorge. didn't plan on getting stuck on the m42 for 2 hours but still manage a nice walk round the gorge and a nice stay in cheddar yha. bye bye boots 14 june 2006 alison's last day at boots - with a few quick leaving drinks at the vic. happy birthday 10 june 2006 happy birthday jean! nottingham girl geek dinner 6 june 2006 the first geek girl dinner in nottingham... except alison doesn't go but simon does. chris & rachel 5 june 2006 happy anniversary any one for cricket? 4 june 2006 off to trentbridge to watch england v sri lanka. possibly the most boring day of cricket - only 200 runs in the day - but the crowd were v entertaining. happy birthday ian hurst!
