old skool reunion

a trip to swansea and a trip down memory lane. strictly groovy, the saturday house night i used to dj at in swansea had a bit of a reunion at the tick-tock 17th birthday bash. much fun with lindsey and dean as we dusted off the 12"s and tried to remember what to do. the crowd seem to love it still and it was good to see some old and new faces.

Relaxing weekend

Despite working yesterday, it actually feels like it's been the longest weekend ever. I'm loving the winter sunshine, but very frustrated that I can't get walking because of my ankle.

Celebrating with the Seals

Finally get round to celebrating Hayley and Wayne's engagement last night, with a trip over to Derby. Bubbles at the seal's before lovely food at Zest and a few drinks in town.

At last, a new hat and wedding outfit can be bought!

bye bye dan

after nearly 3 and half years at chemdig dan has decided to move on. a few beers and some food at the vic is followed by several more ales in town. we came home before the fun started... which ended with claire breaking her ankle!

Hmm...Pancakes

....Shrove Tuesday so it's got to be pancakes. Simon even managed to toss all of them properly. My favourite is the classic: sugar and lemon.

frosty peak walking

it s a cold and snowy start as we head to the peak to meet up with Rachale and Dawn. A gentle few miles in glorious sunshine is just what was needed.

heading back home and we are in time for the afternoon of rugby.
