scotland: day 3

its the final part of our 6 month 3 peak challenge - ben nevis. the weather could not be much better - dry and not to hot. you walk pretty much from sea level for ben nevis so its almost the full 1344m that you climb.

Alison (as usual) marches ahead, whilst I struggle with the 'up'. 4 hours of just going up and we make it to the top... sadly we are in the cloud so no views. a quick bit to eat and we head back down... somewhat quicker!

so that's it done - 3 peaks, 6 months (yeah I know some crazee people do it in 24hrs!)
