rugger at twickers

cheap tickets for the trains down to london and a quick 'wow' at the new St Pancras station before hitting the tube for our hotel. we then hot foot it onto the end of the district line and then stroll to twickenham. a double take on the way as we see someone has set up a fully functioning bar in their front garden - genius, so we have to stop for some refreshment.

The game was brilliant - barbarians vs south africa. its the last game for jason robinson and for the barbarians so it was worth the cold, wind and rain.

we meet up with alison's brother ian and friends for some after match refreshments down by the river, then head back to richmond for some warming food with sam.

far too much walking around as the trains and buses are all packed, but a fun day.
